PRE-COMPETITIVE AND COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS

PRE-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

Designed for the little gymnasts that show and demonstrate flexibility, strength, balance and co-ordination. It runs two to three times per week as we develop the fundamental skills to become a strong competitive athlete in the future.






MEN'S COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

 Our men's competitive gymnasts train to compete at the highest level with a pursuit for excellence. We strive to develop the gymnast in an environment where he feels safe and his all around wellness is a priority. The program run between two to four times per week. 

WOMEN'S COMPETITIVE PROGRAM ​

Our women's gymnastics competitive program is designed to develop our athletes to compete at provincial and national levels. The program allows the gymnast to advance and build on the foundations mastered in pre competitive and reach their full potential with the unconditional support of the coaching staff and fellow athletes. It also runs two to four times per week.

Training Schedules

Training schedule for our 

pre-competitive and competitive athletes:

 Level 1 & Pre-Competitive Boys will train 

4 to 12 hours week 

Level 2 and up Boys will train 

12 to 16 hours per week


Lower Level JO & Pre-Competitive Girls will train 4 to 12 hours per week  


Higher Level JO Girls will train 

12 to 16 hours per week
