Thank you for choosing to spend your special day at Twist & Flip Gymnastics!

ALL children 4 and under MUST have a parent/guardian on the floor with them at all times.

Adults on the floor during a party are just there to supervise their children and are NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY ON THE EQUIPMENT themselves.  If any adult wants to be on the equipment, an extra $100 will be charged.

All adults and participants staying for the party must complete online PIPA and Liability waivers (2 forms per person).

Party for Up to 14 Children (includes the birthday child)

Any children over the 14 participant limit will be charged $15.75 per child

Each party includes the first hour of supervised time in the gym playing on all the gymnastics equipment plus bouncing on the tumble track & trampoline into our foam pit. After all the fun in the gym the group will move upstairs for 45 minutes in our birthday party mezzanine for food, presents and cake. ALL children 4 and under MUST have a parent/guardian on the floor with them at all times.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.  Remaining balance is due two weeks before the party.  If a party is moved to a different day, a $50 admin fee will be charged.
There are NO refunds if a party is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice before the party.  If cancelled before the two week deadline, a refund will be issued for the amount paid above the $100 non-refundable deposit.

A fridge, freezer, and microwave are available for use. Paper products and any other items are not provided and must be brought with you. At the end of your party, all garbage must be cleaned up, tables and chairs wiped, and floors swept and Swiffered so the room is returned to its original condition and ready for the next group.  Please DO NOT bring any items/decorations in the gym that contain confetti or sparkles. You are welcome to bring a Pinata but please let us know at time of booking.

LIABILITY Waivers and PIPA forms must be completed by a parent/guardian for all children at  the birthday party.  Any ADULT staying for the party is also required to complete an Adult Liability and PIPA waiver.   (Links for required waivers are below).  The 2  forms for each person in the gym are also on our home page of the website.  All forms MUST be completed 2 weeks prior to the party.

IF FORMS HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED 14 DAYS PRIOR TO A PARTY, THE CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND.

Please make it clear on your invitations when the forms are due and that their child will be unable to attend if not completed by the deadline date.

If a parent is unsure if they have completed their forms, tell them to resubmit.

Forms need to be completed annually after July 1 of every year.

All children and adults attending a birthday party MUST arrive 15 min before the start of the party.  When sending out invitations, please let all people know they may not be able to participate if late.

Children participating in the party will be required to remove socks and should not wear dangly jewelry or clothing with drawstrings, hoods, or zippers for safety.
