Twist & Flip Gymnastics is a positive environment where we offer the best coaching to our customers through FUN and FITNESS while enjoying the sport of gymnastics.
We offer recreational and competitive gymnastics classes for girls and boys. Our coaching staff is enthusiastic and encouraged to continually participate in professional development opportunities.
Twist & Flip offers three yearly sessions of recreational classes as well as 7 weeks of summer camps. Give us a call and we can assist you in finding a program to meet your needs.

My daughter has been attending Twist and Flip classes since she was 1.5 years old and loves it! Coach Randy is great with kids and knows when to encourage them and when to give them space. Over the years, I’ve been blown away watching our daughter’s coordination, strength, balance and skills progress. Plus she has a lot of fun and we’ve made some great friends. I definitely recommend this organization!
We started at Twist & Flip in May 2021 with our eldest, who was just turning 3 at the time. We were new to Medicine Hat and trying to find the right fit after the pandemic. After trying another gym, we checked out Twist & Flip-and I'm so glad we did. Randy is amazing with kids. His energy, routines, singing, stretching, themed days, and thoughtful circuits made it an easy choice to stay. Even living in the far east end, the drive to Redcliff—sunny or blizzard—was always worth it.
Our now-7-year-old has moved through all the preschool classes and has completed one of the beginner levels, and our 5 and 3 year-olds have loved the preschool classes.
The only reason we won’t be continuing is because we’re moving—otherwise we’d be here for years to come.
Twist & Flip has been our favourite activity from fall to spring, and the first place I recommend to any caregiver. I also appreciate the thoughtful pricing and fundraisers that help keep gymnastics accessible.

We had our 3 year old daughter’s birthday here and we were so impressed with Pam and Randy and we had the best time! Pam was so kind and helpful to deal with and Randy was SO good with the kids. We will for sure be returning for parties and more. Cannot rave enough about our experience at this place!
