A NOTE FROM OUR OWNER / OPERATOR: RANDY MCMULLEN

With over 25 years of coaching both recreational and competitive gymnastics, Randy McMullen is excited to offer an amazing, safe, fun and positive environment for the children of Redcliff, Medicine Hat and surrounding area. Twist & Flip will help develop children through gross motor skills, respect and encouragement. Having experience as both a competitive gymnast and a coach, Randy is able to relate and understand the accomplishments and trials of being a competitive athlete, as well he embraces the positive in encouraging the young ones to explore the new experiences of the recreational program, building the love of the sport.

Our Coaches are certified through the NCCP (National Coaches Certification Program).

We have a wide range of experienced coaches from current competitive athletes to those who have coached for many years.

We encourage growth in coaching skills and experience through workshops and training. Twist & Flip Gymnastics coaches participate in a coaching clinic before each session to ensure that our coaches are up to date and consistent to provide the best coaching possible.
