Twist & Flip Gymnastics is a positive environment where we offer the best coaching to our customers through FUN and FITNESS while enjoying the sport of gymnastics.
We offer recreational and competitive gymnastics classes for girls and boys. Our coaching staff is enthusiastic and encouraged to continually participate in professional development opportunities.
Twist & Flip offers three yearly sessions of recreational classes as well as 8 weeks of summer camps. Give us a call and we can assist you in finding a program to meet your needs.

Medicine Hat Meat Traders Soft Beef Jerky Fundraiser.
You can print an order form below or obtain a copy at the gym.
Payment and paper order forms must be submitted by Tuesday, April 29. Payments can be made by one e-transfer from the seller to twistandflip@shaw.ca or one cheque payable to Twist & Flip Gymnastics.
Pick-up has been tentatively scheduled for Thursday, May 15
at Twist & Flip Gymnastics; time not yet confirmed.
Seller is responsible for picking up orders and distributing to their buyers.
